Writing to hello@glycofits.com gives us your address and your message. Both are kept while the exchange is live and for a sensible period after it, in case the thread continues. Neither joins a list, neither is sold, and neither is passed on to anybody for marketing purposes.

Hosting logs

Any web host keeps a log: which page, at what time, from a truncated address, with which browser string and referring page. These exist so the site can be secured and repaired. They are not assembled into a picture of an individual reader.

Aggregate counts

If a privacy-respecting analytics tool is running, it counts page views in aggregate. Such tools do not trail you onto other sites and make no attempt to identify a person.

Information This Site Never Receives

• Card and payment details, which are entered on the official checkout and never touch this domain.
• Anything about your health. There is no field to type it into and no question here asking for it.
• Passwords, accounts or saved addresses, none of which exist.
• Newsletter subscriptions, because there is no newsletter to subscribe to.

The Affiliate Link

Order buttons pass you to the official checkout on a separate domain. Such a link may carry a parameter naming this site as the referrer, so that commission can be attributed. The parameter names the site, not the reader. From the moment you land there, their privacy policy governs the transaction, and it is the document worth reading, because they are the party actually collecting details.

Cookies

No advertising cookie is set here and no remarketing pixel runs. Whatever cookie exists is either functional, placed by the hosting platform, or the aggregate analytics cookie described above. Block the lot in your browser and every page continues to work exactly as before.

Outside Parties

Typefaces come from Google Fonts, which means a request leaves your browser for their servers as a page loads. Everything else — the stylesheet, the script, every image — is served from this domain. No framework, no ad network and no tag manager loads from anywhere.

Asking Us Things

Write to hello@glycofits.com to ask what is held, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Given that the realistic answer is "one email you sent us", these exchanges are usually short. Statutory rights vary by where you live, and asking is how they are exercised.
