The Return Journey

A money-back seal appears on every page in this category. Very few explain the process underneath it, which is where all the practical detail lives.

Step one is an email, not a parcel. Posting a box back unannounced is the most reliable way to lose a claim. Write to the seller first and ask for a return authorisation, because a parcel arriving without one cannot be matched to an order.

Where the order number lives. On the confirmation email from the checkout that took the payment, not on this site. An affiliate site has no access to orders and cannot look one up, which is why every page here sends order questions back to the checkout.

The clock starts at the charge. Not at delivery. That quietly removes the shipping week, so sixty days from the charge works out at roughly fifty-three days with the product in hand. Better known at the start than at day fifty-eight.

The two costs. Return postage is yours, and original delivery, where charged, is not usually refunded. Neither is unreasonable and neither is unusual. Together they are the difference between a full refund and most of one, and they belong in the decision rather than in a surprise.

Why the opened-bottle clause decides everything. A window accepting only sealed product cannot be used by anybody who tried the thing, which makes it a photograph rather than a promise. This one covers what you have opened and been taking, which is the version worth having.

The bulk arithmetic once more. Sixty days is sixty days whether one bottle was bought or six, so a six bottle order runs out of window with four bottles unopened. Not a trick. Arithmetic, worth doing before choosing a pack.
