Heaviest First

Supplement panels are not written freehand. Ingredients inside a blend must appear in descending order by weight. It is a modest rule and it is the only measurement signal that survives a proprietary declaration.

What it establishes. On this panel Berberine has the top line and licorice root the last. Berberine therefore holds more of the 500 mg than anything else and licorice holds the least. A real fact, worth having.

What it withholds. The size of the gaps. First place might be 300 mg with thirteen names dividing the rest, or 45 mg across a flat distribution. The two panels are indistinguishable and both are lawful.

Where the rule pays for itself. As a consistency check on the advertising. When a product is sold on one hero name and that name appears eleventh out of fourteen, the page and the panel contradict each other, and only one of the two carries a legal obligation.

Here they agree: berberine carries the category and berberine leads the list. A point in the formula's favour, and a small one, since it still says nothing about the amount.

A second use, less obvious. Check where the cheap bulk material sits. Rice flour and similar belong in the other ingredients line, not inside the active blend. On this panel they are where they should be, which is thirty seconds of checking worth doing on any bottle.

And the limit. A ranking is not a measurement. Converting one into milligrams means inventing the difference.
